I added an attachment showing it continue to occur on the default Breeze desktop. Additionally, I figured out that this issue not only occurs in Dolphin, but also in the System Settings, as shown in the video. It seems to occur in any KDE-native right click menu. Could you move this bug report to the relevant category? I'm not sure which it would apply to now, but it's clearly not Dolphin specific.
