STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Kamoso
2. Open any menu with it's respective button at the top left or top right; the
effects button, or the settings button
3. Hover over the menu's close button on the side of the menu; for the effects,
it will be on the right side at the top of the menu, and the settings, at the
left of the menu at the top.
OBSERVED RESULT
Hovering shows hint, but hint is displayed behind menu
EXPECTED RESULT
Hint is displayed in front of all layers in the window
