I am having this exact same isssue on KDE Neon 5.24
I tried with kde plasma 5.24.5 and lxqt1. both share this issue.
Strangely enough, if I use kde wayland and run krita via Xwayland, the bug
disappear.
However that is not a solution for me because I need xorg to use my graphic
tablet.
