Well, that other bug is marked as fixed. However, I'm still getting this(?)
issue with Plasma 5.24.4. Something had crashed my desktop and after rebooting,
the panel was gone again. (Laptop + external monitor present, only external one
used.)
Please reopen and undo ‘mark as duplicate’. It is not fixed and does not seem
to be a duplicate.
