STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Lock the screen
2. Activate the Overview Effect shortcut (In my case I bound it to Meta)
OBSERVED RESULT
The effect played it's animation, and displayed the overview, alongside all
open windows in virtual desktop. However, the animation was a lot laggier then
when run from an unlocked screen. The effect could not be interacted with,
however.
EXPECTED RESULT
Screen locker should remain blocking my open windows from view.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
As mentioned before, I have mapped by keybind for the effect to Meta. I have
not tested to see if this error still occurs with the normal keybind.
