Did you configure a non-default resource folder in Krita's settings? Krita
doesn't store anything in the registry, so that's irrelevant, and reinstalling
Krita doesn't do anything either. Read the manual to learn how to reset Krita's
settings: https://docs.krita.org/en/KritaFAQ.html#resetting-krita-configuration
