So, I guess someone has to link those 2 bugs (and close mine as duplicate?).
As a side note, I haven't seen this behavior to any other KDE application! Even
non-KDE apps "remember" their position and size. KWrite, another editor that
uses the katepart, is just fine, so I guess this is limited to kate and it's
startup process?
