Since this last occured to me, I have recreated my whole account/home directory to get rid of all configs, but yet again, my left (primary) monitor has been reset. All my configuration for that desktop is just gone from plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc, so I can't even edit configs to get my settings back.
