SUMMARY
The Date & Time component is using a date format that does not match the format
set in Formats.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set System Settings -> Formats -> Time to Sweden - English (en_SE).
2. Restart the computer so you know that the settings have been applied.
3. Open System Settings -> Date & Time.
OBSERVED RESULT
Date format is 4/24/22.
EXPECTED RESULT
Date format would be 2022-04-24
