Can reproduce with some modules but not others. There appears to be a bug in
ScrollBar.qml from qqc2-desktop-style where it doesn't actually want to scroll
far enough, or at least when I rip out all the entrails of it the mouse
scrolling manages to get right to the end, not a line prior.
