SUMMARY
If Service Menu have got submenu, its submenu icons are displayed, but
top-level icon is absent.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
An example of Service Menu with submenu:

OBSERVED RESULT
Is shown on the attached screenshot.
EXPECTED RESULT
Top-level icon should be shown as the rest icons of context menu and the icons
of submenu.
