SUMMARY
Background color selection does not work properly after creating a
16-bit/32-bit image.
For example, after creating a 16-bit integer image and then creating an 8-bit
image, the background color selection will display the 16-bit integer image
instead of 0-255.
Foreground color selection does not have this problem.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a new 16-bit integer image and close.
2. Create a new 8-bit image.
3. Click Background Color Selection on the toolbar.
4. View RGB values.
OBSERVED RESULT
The background color selection RGB value is not 0-255.
EXPECTED RESULT
The RGB value selected for the background color should match the number of bits
in the current image.
