Plasma should not crash, but this indicates that the app's packaging is broken.
I would recommend contacting your distro about it.

Alas, the backtrace is incomplete and missing debug symbols that we need to see
what's gone wrong on our side:

Can you install debug symbols for Plasma packages, reproduce the crash, and
