The edit mode can have an extra icon on the side.
SUMMARY
I find some widgets, like workspace switcher, weathers, rss, emails, are
particular useful to be permanent visible. Also, I have a large enough screen
to have multiple of them. I don't ever want to cover any of them. I find no
way currently to let them always on top.
EXPECTED RESULT
When I am in edit mode of plasma, there can be an extra icon to set a widget to
be always on top. (see attachment -> i don't know the name, but it is the side
handle when edit the widgets.)
