STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run command printf
'\e]8;;http://example.com/s/readall/app/discover#/?qwertyuiopqwertyuiopqwertyuiopqwertyuiopqwertyuiopqwertyuiopqwertyuiopqwertyuiopqwertyuiopqwertyuiopqwertyuiopqwertyuiopqwertyuiopqwertyuiopqwertyuiopqwertyuiopqwertyuiopqwertyuiopqwertyuiopqwertyuiopqwerty\e\\kde\e]8;;\e\\\n'
2. Konsole hangs.
3. If you reduce url - all is good
