Okulor claims to support the CHM (compiled HTML help) file format. All CHM
files I try to open result in an error message.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Okulor 21.12.3 from the Microsoft Store as recommended.
2. Start the application.
3. File/Open ...
4. Pick a .chm file and open it.
OBSERVED RESULT
"Could not open file:///C:/..."
EXPECTED RESULT
Okulor should display the CHM file's content.
