SUMMARY
On a fresh install of Kubuntu 21.10, the Activities editor is missing labels in
the editor view (and the create new activity view). I'm left guessing what each
field is for, as there are no on-hover labels available, and contextual help
does nothing useful.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Kubuntu 21.10
2. Upgrade all packages
3. System Settings > Workspace Behavior > Activities
4. Edit the existing Default entry
OBSERVED RESULT
No labels present for any of the controls - icon selector, text input,
checkbox, buttons
EXPECTED RESULT
Labels present for all controls as necessary
