Dolphin and Krusader use KIO, not kio-fuse. kio-fuse is used for applications
which don't use KIO directly, e.g. if you open some file on ftp:// in gedit or
similar.

So I'd like to reassign this, but I'm not sure whether this is an issue in
dolphin or
KIO yet.
