SUMMARY
Hey there,

I'm using Latte and have set it to dodge active windows. However, whenever I
start the system and no window is active, Latte hides all docks, until I click
on the workspace, which makes the Latte docks appear again and behave normally.
Can this be confirmed?

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set Latte to dodge active windows
2. restart system
3. observe

OBSERVED RESULT
All latte docks dodge the void

EXPECTED RESULT
Latte docks stay visible until an actual window appears
