It's bad enough with JPEG and PNG, having to re-generate the thumbnails every single time, but it REALLY cooks the CPU when it's WEBP images. I laid out the case. I even created a mock screenshot of what such an option could look like in Dolphin. (see the attachment) Not sure what else we can do at this point.
