Hi, I am not sure one can fix that in Kate, you can change the default shortcut
for quick open in the settings.
I am using atm the EurKey layout, that has similar issues, ALTGR-O should type
ö.
Sorry that we can't fix that in the tool, but I think we can not just not use
any CTRL-ALT shortcuts only because Windows misbehaves here.
