STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open systemsettings app
2. Go to DE Behavior tab
3. Go to "Effects" tab
OBSERVED RESULT
There is no correspondent "configure" button for the effects that had them
previously in effects configuration tab.
EXPECTED RESULT
Configuration is still possible by clicking the button, which is now absent.
