SUMMARY
[Wayland] File Menu does not load directly underneath the File Option; it seems
to float
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click on File or alt-F
2. Look for drop-down menu
OBSERVED RESULT
Drop-down menu is to the right or well below the menu bar
EXPECTED RESULT
Drop-down menu should be to the left, right under the file option

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I have two physical monitors; the laptop and a secondary monitor. On the laptop
monitor, it seems to float down and to the left, on the secondary monitor it
appears to the extreme right.
