SUMMARY
Some file dialogs (e.g. systemsettings > Connections > Import VPN, but *not*
konsole > File > Save Output As...) have rendering glitches while scrolling the
file list or hovering with the mouse.
Happens on 2 different machines with different distros (Fedora 36 vs Arch
Linux) and different GPUs (Intel vs AMD).
Both use Breeze Dark and have similar style configuration.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the connections kcm (either from SystemSettings or from the panel
applet
2. Click Add New Connection
3. Click "Import VPN connection..." at the bottom
4. To trigger the bug, scroll up and down, hover on the list, go to a directory
with many files
