Bug ID: 366836 Summary: 16.08.0: clip context menu: audio split does not respect target audio track, splits always to topmost audio track Product: kdenlive Version: unspecified Platform: Other OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: User Interface Assignee: j...@kdenlive.org Reporter: wegwerf-1-...@gmx.de 1. Switch automatic audio split off. 2. Place a/v video clip on timeline. 3. Optionally switch on automatic audio split mode now. 4. Set target audio track. 5. Right click on clip in timeline, select "split audio". Result: audio is always split to topmost audio track. Any target audio track (or alternatively: current track) gets ignored. Expected: in automatic split mode, also a manual split should respect the target audio track (if only for UI consistency). In non-automatic split mode, a manual split should use the current track, at least if the current track is an audio track.
