SUMMARY
The file picker does not show the "recent" section when using it through a
Portal, e.g. when using Firefox or Thunderbird.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the file picker through a Portal
OBSERVED RESULT
There is no "recent" section.
EXPECTED RESULT
The "recent" section is there.
