Hehe I'm honored.
What we should probably do is link people to the release announcement itself.
We could show a notification with a link to it when people's distro offers them
an upgrade to this version, and then a "what's new" window after they've
updated. That's tracked with Bug 441367, and we can use this to track the
richer "new plasma version" update notification.
