STEPS TO REPRODUCE PROBLEM:

1. On my Main (Primary) 32" Monitor i right click on my taskbar in an empty
area and select 'Enter Edit Mode'
2. I then move the mouse pointer onto the TOP area that sais 'Drag to move' and
while holding the Left Mouse button down
i then proceed to drag the mouse pointer onto another monitor (either left
or right)

RESULT:

Either The outline of the taskbar will remove itself from the initial monitor
it was on, and appear on one of the other monitor sides
or 'near' the bottom where i want it to be - but it will not correctly position
itself on the bottom

This *sometimes* results in the Desktop becoming 100% non-responsive, i.e.
clicking on anything (including the standard bar which appears at the top of
the screen when you enter Edit Mode) - the mouse pointer being the only thing
that you can still move
Pressing the PCs hardware ON/Off button will take you back to the login screen
where you can either logout or turn pc off.
