SUMMARY
When starting KInfocenter on the primary screen with 4k@200% scaling, some
parts of it appear blurry, like seen in the screenshot.
Moving the window to the secondary screen with FullHD@100% scaling, where it
appears, fine and then back, "fixes" the issue.
