SUMMARY
The "Pick a screen colour" function provided by the colour chooser dialogue
which is used in several places does not work under Wayland


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. In a Wayland session
2. System Settings => Appearance => Colours:  Click the button to choose a
custom accent colour (or launch the same dialogue some other way).
3. Click "Pick Screen Colour"

OBSERVED RESULT
1. The cursor coordinates update only while the mouse pointer is within the
dialogue
2. It is not possible to pick a screen colour either within the dialogue or
anywhere else

EXPECTED RESULT
Able to pick a colour from anywhere on the screen (as you can in X11)
