Also seeing this on archlinux. This is a regression from 5.23.
When hotplugging a mouse (which I do a ton of times every day due to a vfio
setup) the mouse acceleration is very high. Going into settings my correct
values are there, but they are clearly not in effect. If I change mouse
movement speed down one step and back up again my mouse moves normally again.
