There's no context menu for some programs like Tixati, Skype or Teams.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start Tixati
2. Close it to the system tray
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
There's no system tray right click context menu. There's no access to the
context menu options and one have to use KSysGuard even for a simple task like
closing Tixati.
EXPECTED RESULT
Context menu should appear.
