sound settings - login sound
As before, we have again a regression, when a set startup sound is not played.
Interesting is, that logout sound is played correctly.
When I push the play button in settings, I hear the sound (Oxygen sound)
without problems and yet nothing when I start the desktop's session. This is
like deja vu. New version, the same old regression shows up.
