STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Kdeconnect from F-Droid v 1.19.1
2. switch off your phone
3. switch on your phone

OBSERVED RESULT
My phone hangs more or less quickly and reboot forever.
I succeed to break this loop by disconnecting the WIFI as fast as I can (just
before it hangs).
The next step was to disable the app as fast as possible.
Once the app was removed everything was back to normal.
Before I switched my phone off after the installation, I successfully paired it
with my plasma laptop and did not notice any issue.
EXPECTED RESULT
