It would be nice feature if a desktop theme that does not include svg icons
would check for the system icon theme first instead of using the default(breeze
icon):
1: check the plasma theme for icons if no go to #2
2: check the x11 icon theme for the icon, if no go to #3
3: use the default breeze icon

a lightweight way to use the system icon theme im plasma
