Rather, the issue is that there is no motion blur quality similar to what we see in film when motion is inherent with 24fps, 48hz shutter speed, etc. When I look at Blender, for example, motion blur is very evident in moving text. It looks like it should as if it was filmed with a video camera. In Kdenlive, it's very jittery and movement of titles looks unprofessional.
