vertical taskbar on the left
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
0. Have a vertical taskbar (on the left in my case)
1. Use the GUI for the tray settings to enable this setting (what i did)
OR
1. Set scaleIconsToFit=true in
~/.config/plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc (didn't try it this way)
OBSERVED RESULT

What i wish for
Please restore the ability to manually set the icon size as a number while this
is broken.
