Bug ID: 448943 Summary: Night color not enabled auto when log in Product: kwin Version: 5.23.4 Platform: Fedora RPMs OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: platform-x11-standalone Assignee: kwin-bugs-n...@kde.org Reporter: ev...@dispostable.com Target Milestone: --- SUMMARY *** Hello, dear KDE developers! I will make a reservation at once that this problem is not observed on the wayland, but occurs in x11. And maybe I chose the wrong kde component. The problem is that if night color mode is activated, it turns on for a moment when you log in (on a black background at the entrance you can see that the cursor glows with warm light), and after the desktop appears, this mode does not paint the screen warm light. If you manually turn off and turn on the night color, the screen is painted warm. *** STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Choose x11 on login screen 2. Turn on night color always 3. Reboot pc and login with x11 again OBSERVED RESULT Night color is active in menu but not working EXPECTED RESULT Night color working SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: fedora 35 (available in About System) KDE Plasma Version: 5.23.4 KDE Frameworks Version: Qt Version: ADDITIONAL INFORMATION -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
