SUMMARY:
When you right click an app in the kickoff, it shows a context menu on what
actions you can do(add to panel, etc), but the add to desktop feature action
does not show.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Open the kickoff
2. Right click on an app
3. No add to desktop action
OBSERVED RESULT:
There is no add to desktop action when I right click on an app in the kickoff
EXPECTED RESULT:
There should be an add to desktop action when I right click on an app in the
kickoff.
