Bug ID: 448742 Summary: after adding a tex file to a project, dynamic word wrap doesn not work for that file Product: kile Version: 2.9.93 Platform: Other OS: Microsoft Windows Status: REPORTED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: user interface Assignee: michel.lud...@kdemail.net Reporter: wim.van.hoydo...@gmail.com Target Milestone: --- SUMMARY *** NOTE: If you are reporting a crash, please try to attach a backtrace with debug symbols. See https://community.kde.org/Guidelines_and_HOWTOs/Debugging/How_to_create_useful_crash_reports *** STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Ensure dynamic word wrap is turned on 2. Create a new project with a master file 3. create a new tex file, add enough text so that it is wrapped at the static word wrap marker and save the file in the same directory as the master file (eg. as sub1.tex) 4. Add the new tex file to the project (project -> add files) 5. Create a new emtpy tex file at the same location, copy the text from sub1.tex in it and observe that for this one, dynamic word wrapping works again, but as in step 4, adding it to the project, dynamic word wrapping no longer functions for this file. OBSERVED RESULT The dynamic word wrapping does not work any longer for the newly added file. EXPECTED RESULT dynamic word wrapping is not affected by a project operation SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Windows: 10 Enterprise macOS: Linux/KDE Plasma: (available in About System) KDE Plasma Version: KDE Frameworks Version: 5.63.0 Qt Version: 5.13.1 (built against 5.13.1) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
