Thanks for your report!
It sounds as if it is easy to check if this is a Kdenlive specific issue by
trying to use the jog shuttle buttons in another application and see if it
works? If so please do and if it is not a Kdenlive specific issue please close
this report as "RESOLVED UPSTREAM" otherwise you can keep it of course open
(set status back to "REPORTED")
