I'm seeing this issue also with opensuse tumbleweed (2022-01-14) which uses KDE
Frameworks Version 5.90.0 and Qt Version 5.15.2. I see it in dolphin and all
the other KDE applications that I run. It does not happen in non-KDE apps,
such as Firefox and Chrome,
