1. Can you provide a screenshot of what the upload dialog looks like? Is it the
GNOME dialog or the KDE Dialog?
2. Are you accessing the Windows share from its URL (e.g. smb://something) or
by a path to a local mount?
3. Does the same thing happen if you try to open the file from Gwenview?
