STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Maximize a window
2. Try to scroll/click => will not work
3. If you move cursor in the panel, now the window is clickable/scrollable
OBSERVED RESULT
Windows not clickable/scrollable if I maximize it
EXPECTED RESULT
It should not be required to move the cursor to the panel to "unlock" the
window lol
