It only happens with kwin wayland with window titlebars. Window Titlebars
hidden, and it doesn't happen. And I have been using the app every day since
late September with this workaround without issues (which is fine by me,
because I would use it with hidden titlebars even if no bug)

Anyway, from what I have read and talked, JavaFX is working on native wayland.
I also can't reproduce with open source JavaFX apps (at least the simple ones I
have tried), and the app I use is comercial one. That is why I haven't open a
bug on JavaFX side or gave an example here with an open source app.
