I continue to not be able to reproduce the issue. If I can, I can try to fix
it.
For the people affected, can you answer the following questions:
1. What Plasma version are you using?
2. How many virtual desktops do you have, and what is their arrangement?
3. Are you sure you're using Folder View for your desktop?
4. If so, do you have so many desktop icons that your desktop has become
scrollable?
