SUMMARY
The behavior looks like the split volume option is using a integer data type
when it should be using a float data type
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create split volume 7zip archive (the only format that lets you use this
feature)
2. Set volume size to any value that if it were rounded to whole number would
not be the same value as before
eg: 0.5, 1.5, 1.7, 0.7
3. click ok
4. look at output file size
OBSERVED RESULT
All split volume sizes are rounded down
EXPECTED RESULT
All split volume sizes are processed as the value input
