[krita] [Bug 448031] I am unable to pan or zoom or pan with immediate response with new existing files. Upgraded to version 5.00 this morning. Same results with new and old files. Also have reset setting. Same problem. Please help.

Hi, if you want help, please go to krita-artists.org, which is a user-friendly
forum with user support and you can get help there.
The website here (bugs.kde.org) is more of a development-focused website so
it's not really for giving support.
