STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install 21.12.0 over 21.08.3
2. Load any video clip
3. Render
4. Get this message 100% of the time, no matter what clip is loaded and a
render effort and right at the very end of the render attempt
Rendering of D:/ms202/Videos/test13.mp4 crashed
[mp4 @ 0000000002a8e000] Timestamps are unset in a packet for stream 1. This is
deprecated and will stop working in the future. Fix your code to set the
timestamps properly [mp4 @ 0000000002a8e000] Encoder did not produce proper
pts, making some up. [mp4 @ 0000000002a8e000] Application provided invalid, non
monotonically increasing dts to muxer in stream 1: 21563392 >= 21563392
OBSERVED RESULT
