SUMMARY
Deselection of a language in "Add languages" menu gets delayed by one click.
So let's say I Select British English, French and Deutch. If I try to deselect
British English, nothing will happen. It will only be deselected after I try to
remove another language or select a language
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open "Add languages" menu
2. Select two or more languages
3. Try to deselect one of the selected languages
OBSERVED RESULT
The item isn't deselected until the next interaction
EXPECTED RESULT
The item is deselected instantly

Linux: 5.11.0 - 5.15.12

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I was able to reproduce this in both Garuda Linux (Arch) and KDE Neon. Tbh I
have experienced what feels like 3 bugs in the "Add languages" menu and this is
my best guess at what is happening. If I find something else, I will correct in
the comments.
